city

structure

willing

bring

several
interesting
questions.

points
on

each

cutter
approach.

it's
each
city
and
it's
evolved

waste
management's

cases

they've

evolved,

use

word
grandfather

some
that
they've
had
such
a
long-standing
relationship

they're
getting
a
really
good
price.

they

work
within
their
community.

really
well
because
they've
been
there

long
and
then
newer
places
are
still
figuring
out
the
whether
it's
republic
or
waste
management,
they're
still
figuring
out
the
bugs,
as
as
they
go
along
with
some
of
the
newer
contracts

they're,
seeing
more
costs
associated
with
that
risk
sharing
associated
with
recycling.

few
of
them
have
had
to
get
creative
in
terms
of
not
raising
the
rates
to
accommodate
the
changes
in
the
recycling
market,
and
so
I
think
you
can
see
in
here.

going
on,
what's
happening

resolve
the
issue
and
if,
when
they
are,
there
are
issues
like
miss
pickups
or
whatever
it
tends
to
be.

new
driver
who
may
not

familiar

if
they
address
that
kind
of
core
issue,
it
resolves
itself
going
forward.

inability

overall
they've
had
really
good
luck
and

their

pickup
rate

rare

they're

addressing
issues

off
anything
over

can
only
assume
at
this
point
that
if
waste
management
picks
up
materials
from
a
variety
of
homes

englewood,
they
bring
it
to
the
station,

we
get

per

yards
of
materials.
