A
A
A
Okay,
so
basically,
this
is
the
documentation
for
all
the
steps
for
a
webcast,
yeah
there's
a
lot
here.
It
is
very
helpful
because
I
actually
went
through
this.
The
first
time.
I
did
a
webcast,
I
I,
don't
think
anyone
trained
me
I
just
went
through
the
documentation
yeah,
so
this
is
gonna
be
very
helpful,
but
on
at
a
very
high
level,
I'd
like
to
kind
of
walk
you
through
it,
so
you
don't
feel
intimidated
by
any
of
it.
A
But
basically
there
are
different
kinds
of
webcast
right,
there's
ones
where
we
host
them
and
then
there's
like
the
AWS
marketplace,
one
where
it's
basically
a
sponsored
webcast,
meaning
it
was
hosted
by
somebody
else
and
we
are
getting
leads
so
most
of
the
webcasts
that
we
do
are
the
hosted,
demand,
gen,
webcast
type,
and
so
here
it
goes
through
step-by-step
process.
But
basically
you
use
this
request
issue,
which
is
what
you
did
right.
A
Yeah
we
well
before
that
before
epic
yeah
before
the
epic
process.
You
go
through
this
process.
Now
you
Rick
you
secure
the
speaker's.
You
agree
on
a
date.
You
you
finalize
abstract
and
then
the
you
will
change
the
label
from
plan
to
work
in
progress,
WIP,
okay,
once
that
happens.
So
generally
that's
what
I'm
looking
for
as
an
indicator.
Oh
I
need
to
go
in
and
create
the
epic
and
all
the
other
issues,
but
that's
something
that
you
can
go
ahead
and
do
so.
You
create
an
epic
and
what.
A
A
And
that
you're,
just
you're
gonna,
be
doing
more
of
the
project.
Management
of
of
these
things,
so
NP
ends
will
be
more
helping
with
promotion
and
less
with
project
management,
which
is
very
helpful
for
us,
because
a
lot
of
it
honestly
is
like
we're
kind
of
a
middle
man
or
a
middle
woman.
You
know
you're
asking
us
I'm
asking
somebody
else
and
he's
just
going
back
and
forth
so.
B
A
Just
we're
cutting
out
the
middleman
woman,
so
the
first
thing
I'm
gonna
do.
Let
me
find
this
webcast
issue,
that's
right
here.
So
this
is
the
issue
that
you
assigned
to
me
where
art,
let's
see
if
it's
in
marketing
status
plan,
so
let's
go
ahead
and
change
that
to
whip
I'll.
Have
you
do
that?
If
you
don't
mind
this
label
right
here,
just
when
you
get
a
chance,
doesn't
have
to
be
right
now:
okay,
so
I'm
ready
to
go
ahead
and
take
the
next
step
here,
which
is
to
create
the
other.
A
So
what
I'm
gonna
do
is
I'm
gonna
copy?
No
sorry
I'm
not
going
to
do
that.
Yet
I
am
going
to
oh,
my
god.
The
band
the
menu
is
like
hiding
my
stuff.
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
create
the
epic
so
I
have
a
link.
It
really
helps
to
have
everything
like
you.
You
have
everything
in
your
bookmarks
folder,
so
I'll
send
you
the
links
to
everything
to
bookmark,
so
I
have
an
epic
bookmark
decided
didn't
want
to
work.
A
B
A
B
B
A
I
think
somehow
there's
just
so
many
of
them,
but
if
you
ever
have
a
question
just
ask
ask
me
I'm
happy
to
help,
but
this
is
the
right
one
for
this
type
of
webcast,
because
it's
a
hosted,
demand
gen,
webcast,
that's
exactly
what
it
is
alright.
So
here
we
have
the
you
can
see
it's
just
the
same
format.
A
I'm
already
I
can
go
ahead
and
start
putting
some
of
this
some
of
these
links.
So
this
is
the
main
issue
that
we
always
link
on
the
epic,
so
I'm
just
gonna
go
ahead
and
copy
that
I'm
gonna
delete
this
notes
here,
but
I'm
gonna
paste
it
here.
Cuz,
it's
linked,
so
Gantt
we
don't
have
a
game.
Yet
we
don't
have
a
landing
page
up.
Okay,.
B
A
Yeah
yeah
you're,
ready,
ish,
okay,
well,
just
use
this
for
all
the
copy.
There's
no
reason
to
create
a
whole
new
one,
but
just
so
you
know
the
the
this
right
here
is
the
template
for
copy.
So
you
don't
have
to
use
it
I'm,
just
saying
like
if
you
were
creating
these
on
your
own,
you
just
copy
that
template
and
just
make
a
duplicate
of
that
and
then
take
the
new
link
and
put
it
here.
Instead,
all
right.
A
It
yeah
yeah,
that's
a
good
question.
I
put
this.
A
Fine
honestly,
we've
had
this
conversation
a
few
times
with
the
NP
ends
and,
like
some
people,
keep
it
on
their
own.
There's
a
I
think
there's
an
event
copy
folder
and
the
NPM
folder.
But
if
you
would
rather
have
these
in
your
folder,
that's
fine
too
I.
Don't
I,
don't
use
Google
Drive
to
fine
these
documents.
So
it
doesn't
really
matter
to
me
where
they
are
as
long
as
they're
on
you
might
have
to
just
edit
the
sharing.
So
they
can.
People
can
edit
it
or
whatever
review
it,
but
that's
totally
fine.
A
That
was
weird
okay,
so
I
just
saved
the
like
that
the
epic
template,
so
what
I'm
gonna
do
now
is
I'm
gonna.
Take
this
the
main
issue
and
I'm
gonna,
associate
it
with
the
epic
there's
a
few
different
ways
to
do
this.
Obviously
you
can
you
can
do
it
here
or
are
just
sometimes
it
doesn't
pull
up
for
me,
so
I
say
add
existing
issue
and
I'm
just
gonna
delete
this
note
part
add
all
right
cool.
A
Be
partner,
marketing
and
field
marketing
all
right,
so
there's
an
issue
template
for
every
single
one
of
these
and
basically
I'll
just
do
the
first
one
is
just
yeah,
so
I'm
gonna
go
and
pretend
like
I'm.
Creating
a
new
issue,
create
a
new
issue
and,
like
I
said
I
will
send
you.
The
links
said
that
so
you
can
just
bookmark
it.
A
A
B
A
A
While
you're
going
through
the
process
honestly
make
make
notes
of
what
you
think
works
and
what
doesn't
work,
because
I
think
that
M
PMS
have
been
in
this
process
for
so
long,
they
need
some
fresh
ideas.
You
know
what
I
mean.
B
A
A
A
You
need
to
grab
this
issue
and
put
it
under
the
epic,
so
it
doesn't
get
lost.
Add
an
existing
issue.
Add
okay,
so
I'm
gonna,
say
I
assign
this
to
you
because
you're
the
person,
that's
gonna,
be
securing
the
presenter,
and
then
it
says
you
we
confirm
the
date.
Yes,
yes
confirmed
with
speaker.
We
still
haven't
done.
A
A
A
B
A
A
A
A
Did
you
create
this
issue
and
we
did
create
this
issue,
so
I'm
gonna
check
it
as
done
and
then,
basically
you
would
do
this
exact
process
for
every
single
one
of
these,
in
the
event
that
one
of
these
does
not
apply
like,
for
example,
optional,
new
design
assets
issue
created,
we
don't
need
new
design
assets,
for
example
like
we're
just
not
using
new
design
assets
we're
using
our
existing
AWS
design
assets.
Then
you
don't
need
to
do
that.
A
A
B
A
A
A
And
you'll
notice
because,
like
we
have
oh
that's
nice,
my
computer
is
doing
this
one
thing
where
it
just
randomly
freezes,
yeah
I,
think
I
just
need
to
restart
it.
It's
been
a
while
you'll
see
like
Tuesdays
through
Thursdays
are
the
busiest
days
so
when
you're
coming
up
with
the
jate.
What
like,
when
we
were
talking
about
August
4th
for
AWS
yeah,
what
I
did
the
first
thing
I
did
was
I
went
to
the
calendar
and
I
noticed
there
was
nothing
on
the
calendar
for
that
day.
So
well
we're
we're
ready,
but
yeah.
A
B
B
A
A
A
A
B
A
So
hole
I
mean
this
probably
means
this
is
happening.
So
if
you
were
asking
me
for
some
August
date
for
a
webcast,
I'd
say
well,
you
know
I
think
we
would
have
to
do
the
18th
and
19th,
because
I
just
know,
workshops
tend
to
be
like
longer
than
just
webcast.
So,
even
if
we
do
later
in
the
day,
we
might
overlap,
and
you
don't
want
to
overlap,
we
can't.
A
A
A
Plan
plan
in
quarters
plan
like
headquarters
ahead.
That
would
be
great,
honestly,
I
can't
astok,
you
know
as
long
as
it's
like.
Sometimes
emergencies
come
up
or
whatever,
but
okay
cool.
So
there,
if
you
go
back
to
this,
there
is
like
information.
It
goes
through
everything
from
what
I
understand
the
when
you
go
to
create
the
issue
for
oh.
A
A
There's
that
change
there's
the
change
of
like
you
know
you
all
doing
some
us
doing
some.
So
there's
there's
gonna
be
some
changes,
but
basically
what
I
understand
is
we
will
be
responsible
for
the
Zune
setup.
So
basically,
once
you
create
the
epic
that
to
me
is
like
go
ahead
and
setup
and
zoo
okay
on
because
when
you
create
the
epic,
it
means
that
that
date
is
like
set
in
stone.
Basically,.
A
A
B
B
A
A
A
A
B
A
A
B
A
B
B
B
A
A
Okay,
so
here
is
the
information
yeah,
okay,
you're
right,
there's
different,
there's
a
different
okay.
B
A
A
No
and
I,
don't
just
so
you
know,
I,
don't
work
with
field
marking
like
at
all.
So
all
these
processes
that
are
happening,
I,
try
and
like
stay
out
of
it,
because
it's
just
too
much
information
for
my
brain.
So,
unfortunately,
what
that
means
is
like
they
will
change
things
and
I'm.
Just
like
this
doesn't
apply
to
my
stakeholders.
You
know
so
that's
another
thing
to
mention
is
like
potentially
like
changing
FMC
field
marketing
to
like
mark
just
like
marketing.
B
A
B
A
Don't
know
where
to
look
exactly
the
documentation
is
broken
and
it's
not
in
like
different
pieces.
So
yeah,
that's
why
we
always
say
like
okay
start
with
this,
but
like
you
will
have
questions
and
reach
out
when
you
do,
because
they
will
happen
and
you'll
be
like
what
is
this?
So
that's
why
I
like.
B
Should
we
go
back
to
not
to
put
you
off
the
market,
place
epic
I
created
and
see
if
we
should
close
it
out
because
I'm
pretty
sure
we're
not
really
Trek
ten,
but
just
for
the
marketplace,
because
we
sent
the
follow-up
emails.
So
I
don't
know
if
if
we,
if
I
should
take
a
look
and
see
if
there's
anything
else,.
