today
we're
going
to
cover
editing
an
email
address
in
zendesk.
So
let
me
share
my
screen
and
we'll
get
started
so
first
you're
going
to
need
to
go
to
the
admin
panel,
which
is
done
by
clicking
this
gear
icon
from
here,
you'll
scroll
down
to
channels
and
click,
email
and
then
you're
going
to
locate
the
address
you
want
to
edit,
and
you
will
hover
over
this
and
click
edit
so
like
ar
here
now,
you'll
notice.

The
only
thing
you
can
address
here
you
can
edit
here
is
the
name
and
it's
completely
optional.
So
right
now,
emails
from
this
ar
address
in
the
sandbox
will
say
the
name
of
support,
but
we
could
change
this
to
you,
know
filling
or
get
lab
billing
or
something
along
those
names,
and
you
can
see
how
what
it
will
show
is
the
from
address.

You'll
notice
that,
since
you
can
only
edit
name,
if
you
need
to
change
the
address
itself,
you're
gonna
have
to
delete
it
and
then
make
a
whole
new
one,
and
then
you
know
obviously
reconfigure
all
your
stuff
to
use
it.
But
that's
all
there
really
is
to
this.
