Description
Jason Colyer, Support Operations Manager, takes us through user management in Calendly
A
A
So
to
access
the
user
management
you're
first
going
to
need
to
access
the
admin.
You
know
the
admin
portal
for
that
management
tool.
You'll
click
up
here
on
your
account
and
you
want
to
click
the
admin
management
section.
This
will
load
up
your
admin
management,
which
will
have
a
list
of
all
your
users
as
well.
As
you
know,
kind
of
how
many
seats
you
have
templates
that
you
have
available
active
pending
so
on
so
forth,
so
to
add
a
new
user.
A
You
would
simply
come
up
here
and
click
new
user
from
here
you're
going
to
go
ahead
and
type
in
the
email.
So,
for
this
case
we're
going
to
do
collared,
example.com
click.
Next,
here
you
would
select
the
event
types
by
default.
We
don't
do
this
just
go
ahead
and
click
finish
and
it's
going
to
tell
you
you're
done
and
they've
been
sent
to
admin
management.
If
we
go
back
to
admin
management,
we'll
be
able
to
see,
there
is
now
one
pending.
A
A
But
if
you
needed
to
do
something
like,
let's
say,
change
a
role,
you
might
find
your
person
click
the
check
box
next
to
them,
and
you
can
click
change
role
here.
You
can
change
the
various
roles,
then
you
click
apply.
A
A
You
can
only
delete
the
account
completely
if
it
was
created
because
of
the
invite,
but
by
default
we
don't
do
that.
So
by
default
we
just
remove
members,
and
then
we
click
remove
to
go
ahead
and
remove
them.
That's
all
there
really
is
to
the
actual
user
management
for
that.
Beyond
that,
it's
a
lot
of
the
users
managing
it
themselves.
A
There
is
an
entire
provisioning
process
for
that.
It
is
a
baseline
entitlement
for
support.
However,
for
non-support
team
members,
it
is
something
that
require
an
access
request
that
will
need
to
go
through
a
support
operations
manager
such
as
myself,
at
which
point
we'll
kind
of
determine
if
they
should
be
included
in
the
subscription
or
not.
