B
Frankly,
speaking,
I'm
not
here
right
and
I'm-
not
here,
if
you
all
don't
want
me
to
be
here,
so
it's
very
important
I
want
to
say
to
AAU
in
the
Asian
Americans
for
justice.
This
is
wonderful
that
we're
having
this
event,
I
want
to
say.
Congratulations
on
the
report
without
having
had
an
opportunity
to
read
it
yet,
but
I
will
you're
deeply
engaged
in
that
and
I
want
to
say
that
we
will
have
the
full
participation
and
the
support
of
City
Council
of
Philadelphia.
B
The
City
Council
of
Philadelphia,
as
some
of
you
may
know,
is
probably
and
I
say
this
every
time
I
say
this.
I
look
around
the
room
and
make
sure
that
there
are
no
former
members
of
council,
but
I
think
that
we're
the
best
city
council
that
we've
ever
had
the
reality
is
that
this
council
is
not
only
very
progressive
and
aggressive
in
some
aspects
of
what
we
need
to
do,
but
one
of
the
more
diverse
and
then
one
of
the
more
participatory
councils
that
we've
ever
have.
B
I
want
to
say
a
big
part
of
that
is
my
buddy
over
here.
My
friend
and
colleague,
Councilman
David
Oh
David
has
actually
expanded
our
role.
We
find
ourselves
get
invalid,
not
only
a
national
events,
but
international
affairs
had
an
opportunity
to
meet
a
number
of
people
from
Korea,
some
of
the
folks
that
leadership
from
various
other
countries
in
the
in
the
Asian
community,
and
I
want
to
say,
David
Mann.
B
Thank
you
for
not
only
doing
a
great
job
in
Council
a
bit
for
being
a
really
good
friend
and
a
really
good
supporter
of
the
initiatives
that
we're
trying
to
do.
I.
Think
that
what
you're
talking
about
today,
as
it
relates
to
the
report
is
very
important.
B
Obviously,
at
some
point
we
are
all
Philadelphians,
but
there
are
different
challenges
for
different
communities,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
acknowledge
that
first
and
foremost,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
set
a
strategy
in
place
to
ensure
that
we
can
all
achieve
what
we
want
to
have
the
quality
of
life
that
we
deserve
substantive
school
education
for
our
young
people,
the
type
of
neighborhoods
that
we
all
feel
good
about
sustainable
communities
and
I.
Think
at
the
end
of
the
day,
this
report
will
go
a
long
ways
towards
achieving
that
goal.
B
C
D
Community
is
such
a
critical
community
and
such
a
critical
partner
in
your
contribution
to
the
AAPI
community,
the
API
voice
and
the
API
movement
overall
and
I
thought
it
was
really
really
important
for
me
as
a
new
member
to
the
advancing
justice
family.
To
make
the
time
to
be
here
with
all
of
you
and
to
personally
bring
to
you
our
gratitude.
Our
thanks
for
your
partnership.
