In December 2017, Opera Colorado moved their headquarters from Denver to Englewood allowing them to house their administrative and rehearsal studios under one roof. “Moving to Englewood has been an amazing part of our growth,” said Greg Carpenter, Artistic Director at Opera Colorado.

The Alliance for Commerce (ACE) took a walking tour through Englewood this week and stopped in at 3R Racing, an inspiring success story of a local business that worked with ACE and our Economic Development office in attaining their goals. ACE is an advisory group that helps connect local businesses with the City of Englewood, and serves as a dedicated outreach team to learn about a local business’s needs and connect them with the right resources.

Having big city amenities and a small town feel, it’s no wonder why local entrepreneurs like the team at 3R Racing decided open up shop here. With the third-fastest growing Millennial population in the Metro Denver area, our Economic Development office recognizes both the existing and incoming talent and continues to assist the growth of young entrepreneurs and small businesses through grants, workshops, and resources.
