Excellent collaborative working session with the Params WG. Angela and Jess survey the community to really explore the possibilities of bucketed/categorized praise.

Shawn and Octopus discuss data science techniques for encoding the dataset for machine learning solutions. Onehot encoding seems like a practical option for parameterizing the categorical variables.


Meahwhile, Shawn generated a word count dataset, and an 'all-praise' dump. He attempted but failed to output a decent wordcloud. If some young token engineer finds their way into finalizing that wordcloud, that would be the bounty of an NFT and a trove of praise.

Shawn started a template for applying doc2vec to the 'praise reason' column.


The project is in good hands. The community can expect rolling perpetual results over the next 3 weeks.
